Shipping times for regular service in Europe are 1-4 business days and 2-5 days for orders out of Europe. Woodwood.com accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. Please use our shipping times as a guide. Some countries may experience extended shipping times due to exceptional shipping requirements.

Shipping costs will be added at the checkout and may vary from country to country. Prices shown on woodwood.com are added to the order during the checkout process. No import tax in UK or Norway: When shopping on woodwood.com from the UK or from Norway, the price you see is including import tax, so you won't be charged any extra fee.

Import to the United States of America: US customers can receive goods for up to $800 per day without being charged for import duties or taxes.

Our shipping partner, Searunner, handles all outbound shipments. Deliveries will be carried out by GLS for Domestic orders while DHL will deliver international orders. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions. All orders are insured, and Track & Trace information is provided via email and/or text message upon dispatch.

Woodwood.com reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer on orders for multiple items.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Customs and VAT fees may apply for non-EU addresses.

When shopping on woodwood.com from outside the EU our pricing is set to accommodate any import taxes you may encounter. Therefore, the price you see is excluding the 25% Danish VAT. An item sold to customers outside the EU, risks paying local import taxes on the item. These charges are the responsibility of you, the buyer, and are set by the local tax authorities in your country.
